Ajanta Pharma Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager Data Analytics to support the International Business function. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience in:SQLPower BI (Basic)Advanced ExcelVBAAbility to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage. Preferred Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
