Job Title: Windows Infrastructure Tower Lead Location: Noida, India Work Model: 100% Work from Office (No Remote / Hybrid option) Experience: 12+ years Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and troubleshooting of the NetSkope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Netskope Private Access (NPA). The role provides L3 technical expertise, drives major incident resolution, performs policy governance, and works with vendors/OEMs for complex issues. Key Responsibilities 1. Netskope Administration Manage NetSkope tenant administration. Configure and maintain SWG, CASB, DLP, and NPA solutions. Manage user/group integrations with Active Directory. Review platform health and service availability. Maintain global security policies and exceptions. 2. Policy Management Create, modify, and optimize: URL Filtering Policies Application Control Policies DLP Policies CASB Policies SSL Decryption Policies Real-time Protection Policies Implement business-approved access controls. Perform policy tuning and false-positive reduction. 3. Netskope NPA (ZTNA) Support Configure and maintain NPA Publishers. Troubleshoot NPA connectivity issues. Manage Private Applications. Verify Publisher health and tunnel status. Coordinate with server, AD, and network teams for application onboarding. 4. Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Manage web filtering categories. Troubleshoot proxy and web access issues. Configure Forward-to-Proxy integrations. Support POP redirection and geo-routing requirements. Investigate internet access and SaaS access issues5. Incident & Problem Management Lead P1/P2 incident troubleshooting. Analyze logs and traffic flows. Identify root causes and provide corrective actions. Coordinate OEM/vendor escalations. Drive RCA and preventive actions 6. Monitoring & Reporting Perform daily health checks. Review security alerts and incidents. Create operational dashboards and reports. Capacity monitoring and license utilization review. 7. Change & Release Management Plan and implement platform upgrades. Execute approved changes through RFC process. Validate production changes and rollback plans. Maintain implementation documentation. 8. OEM / Vendor Management Engage Netskope TAC for critical incidents. Coordinate troubleshooting sessions. Track vendor cases to resolution. Review best practices and product advisories. Demonstrated experience supporting India domestic enterprise clients. Prior experience in managed services or enterprise IT environments is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical qualification. Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Security, Automation, etc.) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. .
