Job Position Summary: A core function of pricing and revenue management. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide analytical consultation, statistical/mathematical modelling, and solutions to achieve business objectives Research, design, develop, implement, and support decision-science models Conduct research on analytical techniques and translate that research into usable and sustainable solutions for users of production systems Design and develop advanced analytical data mining, forecasting, estimation, simulation, and/or optimization models Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior Lead the analysis and validation of statistical, forecasting, and optimization models. Provide ad-hoc reporting, advanced analysis and support to Commercial stakeholders and senior leadership Interested candidates can send their resumes to siddhi.sharma@akasaair.com with a CC to beena.upadhyay@akasaair.com Requirements Expert‐level fluency in applying advance multivariate statistical analysis (logistic & linear regression, decision tree, cluster analysis) to categorize, classify, and detect relationships in large datasets Proficiency in extracting and cleansing large datasets from different data sources Expertise of using advanced BI tools like Power BI/Tableau Mastery of analytical tools, including spreadsheet modelling, relational databases/SQL, and statistical analysis tools Demonstrated proficiency in programming with knowledge of SQL, R, Python Good command over Machine Learning and Data Science Ability to understand complex business requirements and define key performance metrics to measure benefits and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills involving both business problems and people interactions
