Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI and Data Science skilled based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing manufacturing, quality, and supply chain data to generate actionable insights for process optimization and cost reduction. The individual will design, build, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, quality prediction, and inventory optimization. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines and dashboards, collaborating with production, quality, and management teams to understand business requirements, and translating them into data-driven solutions. The role also includes documenting methodologies, monitoring model performance, and continuously improving algorithms and data products to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Strong foundation in data science and statistics, including data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and statistical modeling. - Experience with machine learning and AI techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting .
