DevOps Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Git, Ansible, and Jenkins, and will drive configuration standardization and support CI/CD onboarding.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

DevOps Engineer job responsibilities include: Onboarding application teams to DevOps tools and processes

Managing configuration standardization using templates and setups

Supporting CI/CD pipeline setup across complex application architectures

Handling incoming tickets and streamlining automation workflows

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

5–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience

Proven expertise in Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong understanding of complex application architectures

Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA/Kanban

Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and authentication integration

Prior experience in financial institutions.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $73.00 per hour
