You will be responsible for thoroughly understanding and documenting requirements, proposing optimal system configurations, and validating that implemented solutions precisely meet business objectives within the Salesforce ecosystem. The position demands a techno-functional individual who can drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, refine, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. - Analyze business requests and recommend Salesforce-aligned solutions. - Collaborate with various business and technical teams. - Document requirements and map business processes. - Oversee user acceptance testing coordination. Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency with Salesforce configurations. - Strong techno-functional understanding. - Expertise in sales business processes. Industry Experience: Experience in the Sales domain is strongly preferred, with a focus on understanding and optimizing sales processes and workflows within CRM systems.
