Site Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry is a must Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities: 1. Ground Mount Solar Plant EPC/INC Work: Must have significant experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Installation and Commissioning (INC) of ground-mounted solar plants. Should have worked on projects exceeding 5 MW capacity. 2. High Tension (HT), Transmission Line (TL), and Switchyard Experience: Must possess hands-on experience in managing HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards. 3. Multiple Site Management: Proven ability to manage multiple solar project sites simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. 4. Vendor, Client, and Team Management: Strong skills in managing vendors, maintaining client relationships, and leading project teams effectively. 5. Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and report project progress. 6. Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel to various project sites as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the solar industry. B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience with solar projects exceeding 5 MW capacity is essential. Extensive experience with HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards.
