About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining Albertsons India Capability Center as a Technical Project Manager, playing a critical role in supporting the digital production team, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless pre-production testing and QA. This position requires a hybrid skill set encompassing technical problem-solving, strong AEM knowledge, understanding of engineering processes, and experience with digital product workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support feature testing, functionality validation, and issue resolution before content goes live. Key Responsibilities: - Support the digital production team in troubleshooting technical issues in AEM and other content management tools, resolving problems internally where possible and escalating when necessary. - Oversee pre-production efforts, including feature and functionality testing, setting up QA environments, and validating new components before deployment. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide input on technical feasibility, content authoring workflows, and production requirements for new features. - Lead technical QA efforts, working with a Technical Producer to set up performance tests, validate fixes, and confirm proper implementation of new components. - Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating technical requirements into language that stakeholders can understand. - Monitor production environments, identifying potential content-related technical issues and ensuring quick resolution. - Ensure the digital production team follows best practices for technical troubleshooting and issue escalation. Qualifications Required: - 12-15+ years of experience as a technical content lead. - Strong knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), including authoring, workflows, and troubleshooting. - Experience working with JIRA, including writing and managing user stories for technical issues. - Understanding of digital product processes, including feature development, testing, and deployment cycles. - Strong QA experience, particularly in testing new features, functionality, and performance before deployment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly language. - Experience collaborating with engineering teams, understanding product roadmaps, and contributing to technical discussions. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. - Experience managing a Technical Producer or QA team. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and how they apply to digital content. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and debugging methodologies.
