Workday HRIS Business Analyst

As a Workday Human Resources Information System Business Analyst (HRIS BA) at Alcon in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the customers' business, structure, challenges, and requirements within the context of the customers' business sector. Acting as the single point of contact for the functional area represented, you will facilitate interaction and coordination between HR Operations leadership, the vendor, and customer resources to optimize results. Additionally, you will track and identify service delivery trends across customers and provide feedback to HRIS Management for the benefit of all HRIS customers. You will have a primary functional area and a secondary functional area for backup. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the client relationship as the Liaison between the business, technical team, and software vendors, defining and gathering business requirements. - Conduct cost-benefit analysis and explain new functionality options, upgrades, and process changes. - Resolve escalated issues and provide ongoing operational support, including delivery of enhancements and possible projects, with associated communication and change management. - Ensure HRIS services are aligned with business strategy, objectives, requirements, standards, and regulations. - Provide HRIS consulting to capability stakeholders, educate them on Information System processes and methodologies, and drive the adoption of global solutions. Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience required with 5 or more years of experience with Workday. - Certified in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Time, and Absence (optional). Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: - Master's in business administration or equivalent Master's degree. - Project Management and/or Process design experience is a plus.
