Senior BI / Data Warehouse Developer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior BI / Data Warehouse Developer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, SSIS, SSAS, and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions, build ETL pipelines, optimize databases, and support business reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions. Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, and MySQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages. Build scalable ETL processes using SSIS, Python, and SQL scripts. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple data sources. Design and maintain Star and Snowflake schema data warehouse models. Develop and manage SSAS cubes for multidimensional analysis. Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data issues. Create reusable ETL frameworks and automation scripts using Python. Validate data quality and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders. Support BI reporting solutions and dashboards. Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and resolve production issues. Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews. Required Technical Skills Python SQL, PL/SQL MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Postgrey SQL Data Warehouse Architecture Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) Fact & Dimension Tables Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) ETL Design & Development Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading SSIS SSAS Database Cube / OLAP Cube Development Business Intelligence Concepts Reporting & Dashboard Development Query Optimization & Performance Tuning Preferred Skills Power BI or Tableau Azure Data Factory (ADF) DBT Git and Azure DevOps Agile/Scrum Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Data Warehouse and BI development. Strong understanding of ETL methodologies and database design. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
