Alembic Group is looking for Executive - Technical Services to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Technical Support:Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, or end-users Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related Offer guidance and assistance on technical matters Maintenance and Upkeep:Maintain and update technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed Ensure the availability and reliability of technical resources Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and procedures Document technical configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps Training and Education:Deliver technical training to employees or end-users to enhance their technical skills Keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge within the organization System Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize technical systems and solutions Ensure seamless operation and compatibility of technical components Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and protocols to protect technical assets and data Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Inventory and Resource Management:Manage inventory of technical assets, including hardware, software, and components Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for procurement or retirement Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Investigate root causes of technical problems and implement preventive measures Vendor and Supplier Interaction:Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical support, procurement, and service agreements Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed
