About the role
AlgebraIT seeks a Java Developer to join our Austin, Texas team. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent are required. The position focuses on building robust backend systems and applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality.
Debug and resolve technical issues.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Implement software best practices for security and scalability.
Optimize code for performance and reliability.
Design and develop RESTful APIs.
Integrate third-party libraries and tools.
Stay current with Java and backend development trends.
Qualifications
