Front End Developer (AWS)

As a Front-End Engineer at our company, your role will involve designing and building modern, high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, data-driven UI experiences and collaborating closely with back-end engineers and product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize React 18, TypeScript, and Vite within a pnpm monorepo structure. - Develop a component library using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. - Implement data fetching with React Query and utilize IndexedDB caching for large property datasets. - Create a real-time AI chat UI using SSE (server-sent events) streaming. - Integrate Google Maps API for property markers and map layers. - Deploy applications using AWS Amplify with environment-specific build configurations. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in React SPA with interactive property maps and AI chat. - Proficiency in React, TypeScript, hooks, context, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, a component library like shadcn/ui or Radix, and REST API integration. - Experience with React Query or SWR for client-side caching strategies. - Knowledge of SSE or WebSocket streaming in the browser. - Previous experience deploying SPAs with AWS Amplify or equivalent tools.
