IFS EAM Functional Consultant

Job Title: IFS EAM Functional ConsultantJob Summary We are seeking an experienced IFS EAM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Asset Registry, EAM Foundation, Preventive/Planned Maintenance, asset hierarchy design, and IFS functional processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and the implementation team to ensure business requirements are aligned with IFS best practices. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement IFS Asset Registry , EAM Foundation , and Planned Maintenance (PM) modules. Validate asset master data, asset hierarchy, and ensure the correctness of asset data structures. Review and work with the Pre-Burner / 2CA model to support the implementation approach. Ensure business processes are mapped effectively to standard IFS functionality and recommend best practices. Provide functional guidance to business users and process teams during process mapping workshops. Analyze business requirements and translate them into IFS functional solutions. Support data validation, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using standard IFS capabilities. Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and training materials as required. Required Skills Strong functional knowledge of IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) . Hands-on experience configuring: Asset Registry EAM Foundation Planned Maintenance (PM) Good understanding of asset hierarchy, asset master data, and equipment structures. Experience in business process mapping and functional workshops. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with business users and implementation teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience in end-to-end IFS implementation projects. Experience working with Pre-Burner / 2CA methodology is preferred. IFS Functional certification is an added advantage. Experience 5–10 years of overall ERP experience. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IFS EAM Functional Consulting.
