Service Now Integrations Specilist

Experience 5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3-5 years in ServiceNow development and integrations Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub , REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server Strong experience with at least 3-4 enterprise system integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.) Experience with ITSM module integrations (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog) Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation within ServiceNow platform Technical Skills ServiceNow Integration Technologies: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs Integration Hub (Spokes, Actions, Flows) MID Server installation, configuration, and management Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources Outbound REST/SOAP Messages Event Management and Alert Management OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, API Key authentication Connection Aliases and Credential Management ServiceNow Platform: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts Flow Designer and Workflow Engine Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, GlideUser) Update Sets and deployment management ATF (Automated Test Framework) Service Portal and UI Builder (basic) CMDB and Discovery basics Enterprise Systems & Protocols: SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, Okta JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, AppDynamics LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) XML, JSON, YAML data formats Programming & Scripting: JavaScript (advanced — primary ServiceNow scripting language) Python (for middleware and automation scripts) PowerShell (for Windows-based integrations) SQL (for data validation and transformation) HTML/CSS (for Service Portal integrations) Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus) AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS) Docker basics for MID Server containerization Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewall, proxy configuration)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response) Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and modern API gateway technologies Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica) Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles Exposure to AI/ML integrations and Now Assist capabilities Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and scoped application development
