About the role
Role Overview: You will support the modernization of Xpedeon enterprise ERP platform by building scalable backend services, modernizing legacy applications, and contributing to AI-assisted engineering workflows. Your focus will be on enterprise application development, distributed systems, ERP workflow modernization, and cloud-native engineering practices across finance, procurement, inventory, and project management domains. Key Responsibilities: - Modernize legacy .NET and ERP applications into scalable web-based platforms - Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET 9, ASP.NET Core, gRPC, and SQL Server - Understand existing business workflows, system dependencies, and database structures before modernization - Work on enterprise modules related to procurement, finance, inventory, subcontracting, and project operations - Use AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Codex, or Cursor to support development, refactoring, testing, and migration activities - Create structured prompts and workflows to improve AI-assisted development outcomes - Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, performance, security, and maintainability - Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data-related problems - Implement secure and scalable solutions with proper transaction handling and system reliability - Identify workflow gaps, edge cases, and operational risks during development and migration - Collaborate with architects, QA teams, product managers, and business stakeholders during design and delivery phases - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and modernization planning activities - Contribute to improving application scalability, maintainability, and engineering standards Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies - Experience with ASP.NET Core and SQL Server - Experience building REST APIs and/or gRPC services - Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture - Exposure to cloud-native application development - Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to understand enterprise business workflows and system dependencies - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows preferred Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.
