About the role
Key Responsibilities: Define and own the overall product architecture. Design scalable solutions using React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, and MySQL. Drive microservices, API-first, and cloud-native architecture. Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using LLMs and Generative AI. Design intelligent automation features such as AI-assisted test generation, self-healing, and autonomous AI agents. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions. Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices. Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous product innovation. Required Skills: 12+ years of software product development experience. Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Java Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL. Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Architecture (AWS preferred). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Good understanding of AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG. Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Test Automation platforms or Quality Engineering tools. Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or TestComplete. Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
