As a Technical Lead - Frontend with 8+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in owning the front-end architecture and leading the development of a new, accessible design system on Angular 17+. Your responsibilities will include setting front-end standards, leading a team of Angular engineers, and ensuring high performance, accessibility, and scalability for a multi-tenant SaaS product. Key Responsibilities: - Front-end Architecture: - Own Angular 17+ architecture including standalone components, NgRx (signals), and Formly-based forms. - Establish and maintain a shared, accessible design system and theming model. - Define API integration contracts with backend leads utilizing Azure API Management. - Quality, Performance, and Accessibility: - Set WCAG accessibility standards with axe checks in Playwright E2E suites. - Drive front-end performance improvements through budgeting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization. - Team and Delivery: - Lead, mentor, and provide support to a front-end engineering pod. - Collaborate with UX leadership on design tokens, patterns, and component libraries. - Integrate front-end pipelines into Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
