The role will focus on shaping product vision, defining requirements, and bridging business, technology, and user experience. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate with minimal guidance, and a proactive approach to driving outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, and use cases Define end-to-end solution scope across enterprise systems, mobile apps, and web platforms Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with UX/UI, architecture, and engineering teams to translate requirements into solution design Identify integration points, dependencies, and risks across systems Support prioritization and roadmap definition aligned to business goals Ensure alignment with customer experience and business outcomes Required Skills Experience 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise and digital product environments Strong experience in mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms Proven track record in discovery and requirement shaping for large-scale solutions Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and backend workflow Expertise in Agile methodologies , user story writing, and backlog management Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements Behavioural Expectations (Critical) Strong communications skills Highly self-driven and proactive , with a strong sense of ownership Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure without heavy direction Focused on outcomes over activity , with a bias for action Capable of driving programs end-to-end , ensuring progress and accountability Must Have Exposure to AI-driven solutions / modern SDLC practices Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro Outcome Focus Clear, structured discovery outputs Well-defined solution scope and roadmap Reduced ambiguity for design and engineering teams Disclaimer :This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
