As a highly experienced SFDC B2B Architect at Algoworks, you will be leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable, integrated, and high-performing commerce ecosystems aligning with complex business and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Solution architecture and design (40%) - Lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale implementations involving Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud. - Design holistic solutions for seamless flow between commerce storefronts, product catalogs, quoting engines, and backend ERP/CRM systems. - Develop Technical Architecture Documents (TAD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) addressing complex business processes. - Architect for high-volume transactions, data synchronization, and performance optimization. - Evaluate and govern the selection of AppExchange packages and custom solutions. - B2B commerce and CPQ/revenue cloud leadership (30%) - Provide expert guidance on B2B Commerce platform capabilities, including data models and custom storefront development. - Architect complex product and pricing models in CPQ, including advanced discounting structures. - Design solutions for quote-to-cash processes and growth strategy for commerce and CPQ platforms. - Serve as the ultimate technical authority on best practices for B2B Commerce and CPQ. - Technical strategy and governance (20%) - Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for the Salesforce platform. - Lead technical governance forums, mentor developers and architects, and reduce technical debt. - Stakeholder collaboration and integration (10%) - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into a technical vision. - Architect and oversee critical integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems using middleware and APIs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - 10+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with strong architecture expertise. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud. - Proficiency in enterprise integrations, platform architecture, and security practices. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
