Our mission is to empower IT partners by modernizing their technical teams and ensuring round-the-clock availability through agile and responsive engineering support.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced L2 Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with servers, cloud environments, networking, and security, ensuring smooth operations and quick incident resolution.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Support & MaintenanceProvide Level 2 support for server, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.Incident & Problem ManagementDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when necessary and collaborate on solutions.Maintain proper documentation for incidents, RCA, and troubleshooting steps.Network & Security ManagementSupport and configure firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.Assist in implementing security best practices, including patching, antivirus, and access controls.Cloud & Virtualization SupportManage and support on cloud infrastructure.Troubleshoot issues related to VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and cloud migration tasks.Automation & ScriptingWork closely with L1, L3 engineers, DevOps, and security teams.Document infrastructure changes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers).Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, or Nutanix).Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, Zabbix, etc.).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent are a plus.Alif Perks:Work with cutting-edge technologies and tools.Opportunity for personal and professional growth within a fast-paced, innovative company.Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.Flexible schedule and hybrid work settingPaid company holidays and global volunteer holidayGenerous health, wellness, benefits, and time away programsCommitment to individual growth and development and opportunity for internal mobilityPassionate, high-achieving teammates excited to help you succeed and learnCompany-sponsored events and other activities.The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensures and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
