As a Lead Analyst Technology at Alight, your main responsibility is to own end-to-end technology delivery for the aligned benefits services or product lines. This includes system analysis, configuration, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Your key expectations include: - Providing technical leadership through high-level analysis, design oversight, and quality assurance sign-offs. - Ensuring smooth production deployments and stable transition of projects into operations. - Mentoring, coaching, and developing Analysts and Senior Analysts to build strong technical capability. - Balancing client expectations, delivery timelines, quality, and resource constraints effectively. Your role involves creating high-level and complex analysis, approving system configurations, technical documentation, and testing outcomes. You will be accountable for ensuring alignment with client requirements and system capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with clients to understand technical requirements and manage expectations. - Defining and executing integrated system and testing strategies for aligned services. - Leading deployment execution, production stabilization, and system abend monitoring. - Driving precise technical documentation, including gap analysis and transition artifacts. - Fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team environment. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have: - Deep technical expertise in benefits systems and service lines. - Strong system analysis, configuration, and QA governance capabilities. - Project and workload management skills. - Strong stakeholder and client communication skills. - Ability to lead, mentor, and coach technical teams. - Strong documentation, risk management, and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in US Benefits administration Health & Welfare domain. - End-to-end understanding of Files lifecycle including a strong understanding of Payroll including CLP process.
