Lead Software Engineer {SSE} for ServiceNow SPM engineering team - 8+ years of Software Engineering experience in ServiceNow Application development - Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with a primary focus on SPM Project Portfolio Management, Demand and NowAssist - Develop custom scoped applications using Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Pages, business rules, and Automation tools. - Implement and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer flows, Catalog Items, and Integration with other systems. - Work on UI/UX customization including UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Scripted REST APls, and custom tables. - Develop complex server-client scripts and automate processes using JavaScript, Glide APls, and ServiceNow best practices. - Proficiency in - JavaScript/ Glide API - Flow Designer - Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts - Scripted REST APls - Experience with CMDB data - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator {CSA} - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer {CAD} - Provide Technical leadership on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments - Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments - Resolve complex issues and meet customer needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and team-oriented development environments. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. - Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and Gen Al advancements to continuously improve platform capabilities. - Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and streamline service delivery. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers when needed.
