iTero Field Service Support

Position: Field Clinical Trainer – iTero Location : Chennai, India Work Schedule : 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) Flexible work hours (8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, as required) Must be comfortable carrying instruments weighing up to 25 kg Role Expectations Opportunity for absorption into Clinical or Sales Division based on performance Field-based support and training for iTero scanner users Serve as a key point of contact for training and clinical support Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver Results Support assigned accounts and collaborate with internal teams Submit daily reports including customer feedback Partner with the sales team to build a high-performance environment Stay up to date with competitive activities and market intelligence Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times Drive Best Outcomes Gain and maintain deep product knowledge of the iTero scanner Train stakeholders on product usage, sales approaches, and territory management Provide field coaching and ongoing support to customers Perform in-field assessments to evaluate product knowledge and provide feedback Ensure customer satisfaction through quality follow-ups and feedback collection What We're Looking For Technical Qualifications Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Good understanding of MS Windows operating systems Non-Technical Qualifications Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills High attention to detail Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Self-motivated and adaptable, with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team Resilient and solutions-oriented mindset when faced with ambiguity Education and Experience Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory Prior experience in dental/orthodontic technology or clinical training is a plus Skills Required Language : Proficiency in English required (ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documents, safety instructions, and procedure manuals)
