Product Owner

Lead new features and improvements in IT-based products and platforms. Define functional, web, system, architecture, and security requirements for new features. Manage requirements, monitor progress, and ensure feature quality from a product perspective. Break down complex features into user stories with business value. Collaborate closely with developers and review or contribute to technical design and implementation discussions. Present demos to portfolio teams and management to prove development aligns with specifications. Job Requirements Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager/Software Developer. Hands-on experience in Web application development, either as a developer or in a hybrid PO/development role. Excellent understanding and experience with the SCRUM development process. Ability to inspire and excite the development team about new features and connect them to business needs and benefits. Good capability of system analysis and knowledge of WEB, Cloud, and APIs development technologies and frameworks. Strong coding and technical understanding of Web technologies, with the ability to dive into implementation details when needed. Ability to monitor the development process (from a product perspective), validate quality, and raise flags if needed. Demo presentation skills to management and portfolio are advantageous. Medical device development regulation experience is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in system engineering. Experience in Medical devices is advantageous. Experience in AI-driven product or software development, including working with AI-enabled features, data-driven insights, or intelligent automation is advantageous.
