About the role Join USI Talent Acquisition as an Oracle Cloud Order to Cash Specialist responsible for end-to-end O2C lifecycle configuration and integration between supply chain and finance processes. Key responsibilities - Configure the full Order to Cash lifecycle including order capture, pricing, scheduling, shipping, AutoInvoicing, and customer billing. - Translate complex business needs into standard Oracle Fusion SCM and Financials solutions, minimizing customizations. - Lead critical workshops such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to align cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth process handoffs and system integration. Required skills and experience - 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Order to Cash implementations. - Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM and Financials modules with focus on O2C processes. - Proven ability to configure and optimize Order to Cash lifecycle stages in Oracle Cloud. - Experience conducting workshops and facilitating alignment between business and technical teams. Nice to have - Experience minimizing custom developments by leveraging standard Oracle functionalities. - Background in both supply chain and financial processes integration. Location Mumbai, India .
