Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Agentforce, and Data Cloud (Data 360) . This role requires a Business Analyst mindset with strong data knowledge, enabling the candidate to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Develop secure and high-performance integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, and other enterprise integration patterns . Design and implement AI-powered workflows and Agentforce solutions. Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize Salesforce solutions, and ensure adherence to security, governance, and Salesforce best practices. Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and supporting platform optimization initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
