Lead Consultant, Oracle EPM Support - FCCS/ARCS Be the First to Apply Job Info Job Identification 1366 Job Category IT - Development Posting Date 06/18/2026, 07:27 PM Job Schedule Full time Need Justification New Position Your role, your impact As an Oracle Cloud EPM Support lead Consultant, you'll provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud EPM clients, with a primary focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). Working with multiple clients across various industries, you'll support production environments, resolve issues, recommend process improvements, and help optimize Oracle EPM solutions. Your functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to delivering exceptional client support and service. Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud EPM clients, primarily supporting FCCS and ARCS applications; Manage and resolve client support tickets through ticketing systems and support channels; Provide remote post-production support for live Oracle Cloud EPM environments; Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS); Support Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching processes; Assist clients with financial close processes, metadata management, and system integrations; Configure and maintain ownership management within Oracle EPM environments; Recommend system enhancements and process optimization opportunities; Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide functional guidance; Support clients through MS Teams and ticketing platforms including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure DevOps; Work with multiple clients simultaneously while ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery. Keys to your success 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including handson configuration and implementation experience; Deep knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching; Expertise in financial close processes, metadata management, system integrations, and ownership management; Experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications in a managed services or support environment; Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities effectively; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Experience with Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS); Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); Finance or Accounting educational background; BBA or related business degree; Experience supporting clients using ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure DevOps ticketing platforms.
