As a Technical Product Manager Platform & AI at All Home, you will play a crucial role in building an AI-First Operating System for the entire portfolio. Your primary goal will be to integrate a world-class SaaS stack with Agentic AI and API-first orchestration to create a high-performance engine that automates tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the AI Layer: Design and deploy AI Agents to automate lead qualification in Sales, vendor communication in Operations, and outreach personalization in Marketing. - Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Ensure seamless data flow across the platform by synchronizing CRM, Project Management, and Financial tools through APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven architecture. - Bridge the 20% Gap: Develop custom solutions that act as a competitive differentiator using modern stacks and LLM frameworks. - Enable Unified Intelligence: Architect data pipelines to maintain data hygiene across all brands and provide real-time, cross-city business analytics. - AI-First Problem Solving: Evaluate and implement new AI tools and frameworks to deploy agents for automation.
