Senior Intelligent Automation Developer (Bengaluru)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions that support Finance transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power BI, SQL, APIs, and modern programming languages to build scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technology teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions and drive operational efficiency through AI and automation. Key Responsibilities Intelligent Automation & AI Development - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies. - Build AI-powered agents, workflows, prompts, and automation solutions for Finance processes. - Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, Power BI, and enterprise applications. - Use custom development and scripting where required to extend low-code platform capabilities. - Develop reusable automation components, connectors, and solution templates. - Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of existing automation solutions. Technical Solution Development - Translate business requirements and solution designs into technical designs and development plans. - Build, test, deploy, and support automation and application solutions. - Develop API integrations, data processing components, and reusable functions. - Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution. Data Analytics & Reporting - Develop Power BI dashboards, datasets, and analytical solutions. - Perform data transformation using Power Query and Excel. - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Support integration between analytics platforms and automation workflows. - Implement monitoring, logging, and performance reporting solutions. Governance & Support - Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and supportability standards. - Support deployment, workplace management, version control, and release processes. - Participate in UAT support, technical walkthroughs, and production handovers. - Promote responsible and governed use of AI within automation solutions. Required Skills Technical Skills - Hands-on experience with: - Power Automate - Copilot Studio - Power Apps - Power BI - Dataverse - SharePoint - Microsoft 365 - Solid SQL and database knowledge. - Experience integrating solutions through REST APIs and enterprise systems. - Proficiency in at least one programming language: - Python - C# - JavaScript - TypeScript - Java - C++ - Strong Excel and Power Query skills. Experience - 2 to 5+ years of experience in automation development, application development, AI solutions, analytics, or system integrations. - Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions from design through deployment and support. - Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, AP, AR, General Ledger, Treasury, Intercompany, or Master Data processes. - Microsoft certifications in - Power Platform - Power BI - Azure AI - Copilot Studio - Experience with ALM, DevOps, deployment pipelines, and version control. - Experience with Python libraries such as pandas and openpyxl.
