About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, utilizing Six Sigma methodology, and conducting statistical analysis. Your role will involve resolving complex process issues, ensuring safety and quality standards, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to have a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical) from a premium institute and at least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputable firm. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize processes and implement Lean Manufacturing principles - Utilize Six Sigma methodology and conduct statistical analysis - Resolve complex process issues - Ensure safety and quality standards are met - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical) from a premium institute - Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology & Statistical analysis - Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills - Effective communication & interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of Safety & Quality - Proficiency in MS Access Additional Details: - Mode of work: WFO (5 days a week) with fixed off on Saturday & Sunday - Location: Pune, Chakan - Shift timings: 8am to 4pm - Transportation facility provided - Experience required: 6+ years - Notice Period: 0-90 days - Mode of Interview: Virtual "Nice to Haves" / Strongly preferred, but not required Key Skills & Experiences: - Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Knowledge of Automation & basic control systems - Background in an MNC Please ensure that your qualifications and experience align with the minimum requirements and preferred skills mentioned above.
