Data/ Business Analyst - Cybersecurity (Pune)

Role : Data/Business Analyst - Cybersecurity Location : Remote Company - One of the top 3 investment banks in the world. Responsibilities - Translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences and managing expectations effectively. - Strong communication, data and Excel proficiency, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and storytelling to create narratives from data that stakeholders can understand. - Advanced Excel skills are important, the position involves more than just running macros or complex VBA - Conduct wide-ranging data analysis activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to identify, collect, organise, and interpret data from a variety of sources to identify patterns and behaviours, and pinpoint user needs and capability gaps. - Support in the design & delivery of user testing including documenting the results, conclusions, and recommendations. - Collaborate with a developer to build API data feeds, to enable automation of data ingestion. - Manage the accuracy and consistency of existing reporting dashboards, and aid in the identification of improvements. - Closely collaborate with Cybersecurity Sciences and Analytics team in order to exchange knowledge and develop new dashboards oriented around people data - Provide insights and data storytelling for the wider Cybersecurity team, including senior Executives.
