The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, network security, and enterprise infrastructure operations, with the ability to manage critical incidents and drive network transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to large-scale enterprise networks, advanced security technologies, network modernization programs, and collaboration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Network Design & Operations - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, branch offices, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Manage and support Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, Palo Alto firewalls, and WAN technologies. - Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot routing and switching environments involving BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, VSS, and network segmentation. - Support SD-WAN deployments, primarily Versa SD-WAN, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Incident Management & Troubleshooting - Perform advanced L2/L3 troubleshooting for complex network incidents. - Conduct packet analysis, root cause analysis, and performance diagnostics. - Ensure timely resolution of incidents while adhering to defined SLAs and operational standards. - Participate in major incident management and escalation processes. Network Security - Implement and manage enterprise security solutions including: - Palo Alto Firewalls - Cisco ASA Firewalls - Site-to-Site VPNs - Remote Access VPNs - Network Access Controls - Maintain firewall policies, security s .
