Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. Your role will involve utilizing a combination of technical skills, analytical capabilities, and communication proficiency to drive data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced Excel functionalities such as complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA to manipulate and analyze data effectively. - Create sophisticated data visualizations using Power BI to present insights in a clear and actionable manner. - Apply SQL or other data management tools to extract and manipulate data sets for analysis. - Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. - Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders by presenting data in a comprehensible manner. - Proactively identify and solve problems with a detail-oriented approach. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, MIS, or similar role within a multi-functional organization. - Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) with expertise in Power BI for data visualization. - Knowledge of SQL or other data management tools is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Certification in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other relevant analytics tools would be preferred. In addition to the specified qualifications, experience with additional BI tools or statistical software (Tableau, R, Python, etc.) and working with cross-functional teams to provide data solutions would be advantageous for this role.
