We are seeking a skilled Server Administrator with experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure, virtualization, backup solutions, and server troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Windows Server Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022. - Linux Server Support: Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based servers (CentOS, Ubuntu). - Virtualization: Strong understanding of server, storage, and network virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). - Active Directory: Manage AD groups, users, computers, and AD schema. - Server Deployment: Deploy and load new servers based on organizational needs. - Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup systems, including disk, tape, and cloud backups. - System Monitoring: Monitor server health, tune systems for optimum performance, and create health check reports. - Maintenance: Conduct regular hardware and software maintenance for enterprise servers. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of server admin processes and configurations. - Network & Security: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, network topologies, and security practices.
