Workspace One UEM - Packaging and Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workspace One UEM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM, SCCM, PowerShell, and MDM (Intune). Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain application packaging solutions using Workspace ONE UEM and SCCM. 2. Implement and support Workspace ONE UEM, SCCM, and Intune MDM solutions for our clients. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the above technologies. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Workspace ONE UEM, SCCM, PowerShell, and Intune with our existing IT infrastructure. 5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Workspace ONE UEM and SCCM processes. 6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. 7. Maintain clear and concise documentation of work processes, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles. 8. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding project status, issues, and resolutions. 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Workspace ONE UEM, SCCM, PowerShell, Intune, and MDM technologies. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience with Workspace ONE UEM, SCCM, PowerShell, and MDM (Intune). 2. Proven experience in application packaging is a must. Experience with additional technologies such as VMware, Citrix, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager is a plus. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 6. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
