Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze potential impacts of changes, identify risks, and make informed decisions. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across different departments and manage expectations effectively. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the change implementation process. Project Management: Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives. Leadership: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve successful change outcomes.
