UI Designer

Primary responsibility is to design User Interfaces For web and mobile applications Keeping UX principles and methodologies in mind Interfacing with Engineers, Managers to bring designs to life Brainstorming on new projects Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups Secondary responsibilities is to deliver social media assets, print designs, etc Design various flyers cards for job postings and celebrations. Design flyers for events Design brand assets such as Letterhead, ID Card, Visiting Cards, Mugs, T-shirts Create stickers for Assets with QR code Ensure projects are completed with high quality Able to complete the projects in the given time frame Conceptualize user flows and visuals based on requirements Amend designs after feedback Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, marketing team, printing services and colleagues as necessary Reviewing final layouts and finalizing the design/ template Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Preferred requirements Degree in Fine Arts, UI/UX, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Spark/Express, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop etc), Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools/applications Knowledge of Design Systems Keeping up to date with trends in the design world Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web Ability to make graphic designs for social media posts, website designs, etc Should be creative, flexible and pay attention to details Candidates from Kerala are preferred Minimum requirements Any Degree/Diploma Should have a portfolio Knowledge of Figma, XD, Penpot or other UI/UX tools Keen eye for aesthetics and user experience Knowledge and experience in UI design
