About the role
As a PED Engineer at a reputed Bangalore-based company specializing in machining and assembly of metal, plastic, and composite parts for the medical equipment and machine tool industries, your role will involve the following key skills and responsibilities: - CNC 3-Axis & 5-Axis machining knowledge - PPAP & APQP documentation - GD&T and quality inspection methods - SolidWorks advanced modeling & assembly - Shop floor knowledge: toolings, jigs, fixtures, work holdings - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis - Tool and fixture selection expertise - Process validation knowledge - Coordination with production, quality & procurement teams for project execution You should possess a Diploma / B.E. Mechanical qualification with 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in the field. The company offers a competitive CTC with up to 25%30% hike on your current CTC. Your expertise in PED, axis, machining, CNC, assembly, and process will be instrumental in contributing to the success of the company.
