To be involved in testing, development and validation of RF/MW components/modules/test jigs. To be involved in submodules, drop in integration To be responsible for using advanced test equipment, environmental and EMI/EMC testing etc. To take part in the trials/evaluations of various projects/products of Alpha & its partners To take lead in giving presentations/demonstrations of various customers To ensure effective implementation and timely completion of all projects Development and Testing of Rf and Microwave products, Troubleshooting, Project handling from scratch to end. Responsible for FTP and delivery process as per projects Responsible for the ATP & QT test and test documents preparation. Responsible for guiding the team through test methods and handling. Responsible for guiding the team through prodution activity process and updates. Responsible for test equipments get calibrated and cirtified before get into usage. Responsible for guiding & training the team member through usage of test equipments
