EXPERIENCE: 6+ years ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES Business Analysis Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for systems and processes Develop business cases and project charters to support new initiatives Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives. Create technical documentation, including system design specifications, data mappings, and process workflows. Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Solution Design Implementation: Identify and evaluate existing systems for optimization opportunities or integration with new technologies. Support the design and implementation of custom applications, APIs, and system integrations. Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment processes to ensure quality and alignment with requirements. Data Analysis Reporting: Work with data analysts and engineers to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Create and maintain dashboards or reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Stakeholder Management Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Project Support: Act as a key resource for project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Track and report project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
