About the role
Role Description The Junior Data Analyst role at Alpino Health Foods is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Junior Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various business functions such as sales, marketing, and operations. This role will support the creation of reports and dashboards, perform basic statistical analysis, and help identify trends that can improve business decisions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights, assist in maintaining data quality standards, and document data processes and findings for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.Understanding of fundamental statistics concepts and experience with simple data analysis techniques.Ability to communicate findings clearly, both in writing and in presentations, to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Interest in the FMCG/health foods sector and willingness to learn about consumer behavior and market trends.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Surat and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
