About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for project management and precision tooling projects for pump molds in the Pumps & Devices function at Alpla Inject, located in Hyderabad. Your role will involve utilizing injection molding expertise to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives through injection molds design reviews, trials, validations, and effective cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities: - Create Project Charter and risk management documents. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders. - Lead multi-cavity Injection mold development including DFM, mold design, tooling, trials, validation, and launch. - Coordinate with external suppliers to optimize the supply chain and ensure strong follow-ups for project tasks. - Coordinate with QC team for dimensions analysis and functional testing. - Maintain project documentation such as Gantt charts, Inspection reports, customer specific documents, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies. - Submit samples for customer approval and support initial production supplies. Qualification Required: - CIPET or B. Tech degree. - 3-5 years of experience in Injection Molding, FMCG Packaging, R&D/NPD, and Project Management. - Expertise in Injection mold development and mold validation. - Experience in pump category products. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Good knowledge of the Injection molding process. - Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
