Vos missions

Au sein de l'équipe de la Direction Industrielle du site Alstom de Belfort, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Contribution à l'optimisation de la ligne de production à travers les outils du Lean manufacturing (formation, chantier 5S, chantiers Kaizen…..) et de l’amélioration continue.

Support au pilotage de l’APSYS (Alstom Performance SYSteme) sur la ligne de production

Aide aux équipes dans l’utilisation des nouveaux outils digitaux (PowerBi…)

Participation aux routines quotidiennes du management de la ligne ( gestion des aléas , résolution de problème, animation qualité et autres )

Votre profil

Actuellement en bac+3 à la recherche d’un apprentissage pour un Bac+5

Aisance relationnelle et curiosité

Esprit d'équipe et proche de la production

Appétence pour le TERRAIN
