You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless endpoint management across the globe, contributing to the efficiency and security of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Technical SPOCs, service owners, architects), design and deploy solutions using SCCM and Intune, and develop high-quality support services, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of designing, updating, testing, and releasing Autopilot PCs, but also managing global processes and being available for on-call emergency situations.

JOB PURPOSE :

Reporting to Head Of EUC File, Print and Infra, you will be in charge of Endpoint management activities across globe.

Experience in the design and deployment of the following technologies: SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), Autopilot.

We’ll look to you for:

Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune

Design and deployment of solutions for Autopilot PCs

Use of Enterprise Management Systems including Patch Management, Software Distribution and Asset Management

Should have a deep knowledge in Software distribution using Intune/SCCM

Should be able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients

Should be able to Design, Update, handle test and release of Autopilot PCs

Responsible for deploying of SCCM with CO management

Ability to work with Intune in Device Management and Application Management

Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using Intune

Knowledge on Windows 10 provisioning using Windows Autopilot and knowledge on Intune Management

Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads

Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace services

Migration/upgrade of SCCM server to latest Current Branch platforms, Contribute to New-Builds/migration and upgrades

Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities

Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred

Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times

Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies

Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written, Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

4-7 years of experience in IT, with significant expertise in SCCM, Intune, and troubleshooting

Experience in the design and deployment of Microsoft Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), and Autopilot

Knowledge of Windows servicing, Windows as a Service, and cloud-based endpoint management workloads

Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

Strong communication and vendor management skills to interact with global business teams

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating system administration tasks

Ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities

Experience in delivering solutions across multiple geographies in global companies
