Could you be the full-time Data Integration Analyst in Bangalore, India we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in data integration and enterprise architecture in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in delivering seamless data integration services and ensuring the efficient operation of our platforms. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Digital Platforms Managers, IS&T Lead Architects, Project Managers, and Business Partners, to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support project delivery. You’ll also collaborate with external technology providers and strategic partners to implement innovative solutions and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions using tools like Solace, Boomi, and MFT, but also managing technical configurations, optimizing platform performance, and mentoring team members on best practices.

We’ll look to you for:

Understanding business and functional requirements to design technical solutions

Building and delivering solutions for enterprise integration, APIs, and service-oriented architecture

Promoting efficient reuse of IT assets and ensuring compliance with architectural principles

Performing POCs to validate technical feasibility and defining patterns for partner teams

Managing and optimizing platform configurations, including AKS clusters and Solace platforms

Developing design, mapping specifications, and governance documents

Providing technical leadership and mentoring team members

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

All about you

Bachelor’s degree (BTech, BE, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc) in Information Systems or a related field

4+ years of experience in enterprise data integrations

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with integration tools like Boomi and event-driven architecture

Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, EDI, and data analysis concepts

Experience with Azure API Management, Solace, or comparable event-driven technologies

Proficiency in DevOps CI/CD capabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

A Solace Certified Platform Architect certification (or similar) is preferred

Experience in hybrid integration platforms and iPaaS capabilities

Familiarity with security, network, and infrastructure considerations in enterprise IT landscapes
