Could you be the full-time Fleet Support Engineer in Sarita Vihar we’re looking for? Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside experienced and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in improving the reliability and performance of our fleet. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Project Organization, Industrial, Sourcing, EHS, and Quality), analyze technical performance data, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance fleet efficiency and reliability.

You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and optimizing maintenance processes, but also support the development of innovative solutions for fleet performance enhancements.

We’ll look to you for:

Providing technical support to ensure efficient troubleshooting and reliability improvements

Proposing and implementing innovative service solutions in maintenance projects

Analyzing system performance and maintenance processes to recommend action plans for improvement

Conducting failure criticality studies and using methodologies like Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)

Collaborating on corrective maintenance in depots and stations

Creating and managing fleet retrofit plans to improve reliability

Developing analytics reports and supporting the improvement of diagnostic tools

Ensuring compliance with quality, environment, safety, and health standards

Managing and developing the Fleet Support team

Taking responsibility for QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets and deliverables

All about you

Engineering degree or diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)

8+yrs of Experience in maintenance or field operations, with at least 5 years in rolling stock troubleshooting and maintenance

Data analysis capabilities and troubleshooting expertise

Proficiency in MS Office and digital applications for data management (e.g., Tableau)

Working knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessment, and quality tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English (mandatory)

An innovative mindset and a desire to learn and grow

Capacity to manage technical risks and evaluate solutions

Leadership and decision-making skills
