Education : Engineering degree .

Experience : 5 to 10 years in industrial quality inspection / in-process quality from assembly-related manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with problem-solving tools – QRQC, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Flexible to work in shift pattern.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure product quality compliance with both customer and internal specifications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing, engineering, customer service), perform inspections, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection, managing workstation dynamic checklists, and ensuring the availability and compliance of the Car History Book before shipping.

We’ll look to you for:

Performing product inspections and participating in customer inspections

Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection

Managing workstation dynamic checklists (self-inspection & workstation inspection)

Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups

Managing internal NCRs and supporting the NCR team with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

Ensuring compliance with APSYS requirements for industrial quality
