Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Maneja we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer service), support the Problem Solving process for non-conformance reports (NCRs), and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies, but also participate in customer inspections and qualify manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes.

We’ll look to you for:

Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) in your scope

Managing internal NCRs, including characterization and closure using methodologies such as QRQC

Participating in customer inspections to ensure product quality

Qualifying manufacturing teams in self-inspection processes

Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)

Performing workstation audits and follow-ups to ensure compliance

Conducting or participating in product inspections, such as PCx, when required

Driving performance improvements in external demerits, defects per unit, and first-pass yield to meet defined objectives

Reducing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) per unit to achieve defined goals

Contributing to APSYS score objectives for industrial quality requirements as per the APSYS roadmap

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

6-8 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of quality methodologies, including problem-solving techniques like QRQC

Knowledge of inspection processes and quality standards

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and self-inspection frameworks

A certification in quality management or a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines

Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues

Contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of mobility

Utilise our inclusive and dynamic working environment

Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning opportunities

Progress towards leadership roles or other exciting career paths

Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
