From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer in Duhai/Modipuram we’re looking for? Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting industrial activities at Duhai/Modipuram depots as part of the RRTS Project’s 15-year service contract. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and EHS), create and implement industrial processes, and collaborate with external subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.

You’ll specifically take care of creating standard operation processes and work instructions, but also support the implementation of IS tools like GSI/SES and customer interfaces for GSI/Maximo.

We’ll look to you for:

Developing and maintaining standard operation processes and work instructions, including EHS and railway safety actions, parts and tools lists, and traceability records

Supporting the implementation of IS tools (e.g., GSI/SES) and customer interface for GSI/Maximo

Verifying the list of parts for maintenance, including local technical information and supplier requirements

Creating PM plan trackers, including work instructions, material, BOM, lifting plans, tooling, and fixtures

Participating in the design of material handling equipment (MHE) and specific tooling

Ensuring the maintenance of industrial equipment and managing active tools on-site and at subcontractors

Managing industrial activities, including e-buy creation, supplier follow-up, and internal coordination

Documenting the list and location of machines, infrastructure equipment, jigs, and tools

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech)

Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM module end-to-end processes, Maximo, and Qlik Sense

Knowledge of middleware functionality

Experience in rolling stock maintenance

5 years of experience in rolling stock, project management, or equivalent

Competency in process and method development

Proficiency in CAD, 3D tools, and SAP

Excellent communication, collaboration, and teaching skills

Autonomous, rigorous, and innovative mindset

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment

Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning
